    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the design and complete project administration/management of the projects from schematic design phase up to project closeout/post-construction phase
    • Responsible for producing designs that are aesthetically appealing yet economic and functionally efficient (cost- and time-saving methodology)
    • Review and Coordinate Engineering Designs to ensure proper site implementation and cost efficiency.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time


    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 2 years professional experience specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
    • Knowledge in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection (SMEPF)
    • Knowledge in project administration, and preparation and coordination of all project documents (plans, specifications, and reports)
    • Proficient in software such as CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Run and handle the construction site to ensure timely completion, design adherence and quality control of the project
    • Coordinate technical details of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary, and fire protection works of the project
    • Responsible for construction schedule of assigned site
    • Recommend value engineering or cost-saving measures to the project manager
    • Responsible for material purchase and payroll of the site
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time


    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 2 years professional experience in managing construction site (general construction, finishing and MEPF)
    • Knowledge in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection (SMEPF)
    • Basic knowledge in quantity surveying in line with site material purchasing
    • Knowledge in basic construction scheduling
    • Knowledge in MS Office and CAD

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
    • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
    • Source construction materials and trade contractors for the Project Manager’s approval
    • Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
    • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, and site personnel


    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 1-year professional experience in quantity surveying or equivalent
    • Basic knowledge in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection (SMEPF)
    • Knowledge in MS Office and CAD
